The two major partners, Judy Zaczkowski and George Ayers, founded Envision Compliance in 1990. They built the firm to be one of the industry’s premier international EHS organizations focused on maintaining an international presence.

Envision was sold in 2008 and the partners went on to form EssentialEHS inc., building on that reputation and continuing to provide a high level of environmental, health and safety expertise and service.
